Electric Series Diamond Wire Block Cutting Machine

There is a chassis with 55 kW 80 hp power and the electrical panel behind it, an idler pulley and main pulley located in the front of the chassis, and a mudguard on the main pulley. The function of the mudguard is to minimize the dangers that may occur in case of wire breakage.

The machine movement is wired and remote controlled, and the walking system is controlled by a 2hp 1.5kw motor inventor. Thanks to the inventor, continuous shooting is possible, this feature eliminates the gaps in the wire and provides faster and safer cutting.

It provides comfortable back and forth movement thanks to its 3 2-meter rails located under the marble block cutting machine. While the cutting process continues in the serial block machine with electric diamond wire, water is sent to the cutting area through hoses and controlled with the help of a valve. While cutting the mountain, it keeps the heating in the diamond at a minimum level and removes the dust that occurs. It is removed from the cutting area.
